Residential Recovery Program
Lehigh Recovery and Wharton Centers are residential recovery programs for chemically dependent men and women, with or without co-occurring mental health disorders who may also have a history of involvement in the criminal justice system.聽 These programs are available to persons who may be diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorders and in need of Medication Assisted Treatment to achieve recovery.聽 Treatment includes group and individual therapy, life skills training, and daily 12-step meetings.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) consists of a combination of group therapy, individual therapy and other interventions provided as needed such as peer support, psychiatric intervention and medication management. This service is available for adolescents and adults. 老澳门六合彩 offers morning, afternoon and evening treatment sessions to accommodate a variety of other life needs and obligations (work, school, child care). Most consumers begin at the IOP level of care and step down to less intensive treatment at the Outpatient (OP) level as they become more stable in their recovery. Specialized IOP tracks are offered to address the unique needs of women, adolescents and those individuals who have both a diagnosed psychiatric illness and a substance use disorder. Traditional IOP/ OP services are available at four sites throughout Philadelphia.

Integrated Community Wellness Center
老澳门六合彩 Centers operates an Integrated Community Wellness Center (ICWC) at our Spring Garden location.聽 As such, the Outpatient Mental Health services, Intensive Outpatient (Addictions Services) and Outpatient (Addictions Services) offered at this location are enhanced as part of the ICWC. The ICWC is a pilot program being implemented in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and Community Behavioral Health (CBH).
The program is designed to integrate behavioral health with physical health care, increase consistent use of evidence-based practices, and improve access to high quality care. In addition to quality mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment 老澳门六合彩 offers at the Spring Garden site, enhanced supports include same day access as needed; access to a physical health screen; care coordination with physical health and other community providers; access to case management and peer supports as needed; and improved coordination of care with an array of community partners.

Kirkwood Recovery Center (Delaware)
Kirkwood Recovery Center is the only clinically-managed and medically-monitored inpatient detox program in northern Delaware. The program focuses on long-term management and lifelong recovery. Comprehensive treatment is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A supportive team environment includes clinical staff and peer specialists. Volunteer activities are available for those in recovery to give back to the program and encourage community involvement.

老澳门六合彩 supports incarcerated individuals to maintain their methadone treatment while they are in various correctional facilities at the PPS State Road campus. To be eligible, individuals must be actively enrolled in an Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) at the time of incarceration. Services include assessment, methadone maintenance, individual and group counseling, and care by a physician specializing in addiction medicine.
鈥淏ridge Dosing鈥� is a specialized re-entry component that is offered to newly released inmates. Individuals receive their methadone at 老澳门六合彩 for a short term period until they can be readmitted to their home clinic, thus preventing relapse.
Access Point
Access Point is an Intake, Evaluation and Referral service designed to intervene on behalf of individuals needing an assessment or placement referral for substance use disorder. For many individuals this is the first step towards recovery. We are open 7am 鈥� 11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to support individuals in need of intervention. The multi-disciplinary team consists of nurses, peer specialists, physicians, and care coordinators that work with the individual to develop a plan of care. Care coordinators ensure a seamless transition into the next level of care most appropriate to meet the individual needs. Transportation is provided. Individuals who are in psychiatric distress or medically fragile are not appropriate for Access Point.
